Shipping:
Domestic Orders:
All ready-to-ship orders are generally sent within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order items are ready to ship in 6-8 weeks. Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, and domestic orders generally arrive 2-3 days after shipping.
International Orders:
All ready-to-ship orders are generally sent within 5-7 business days, upon payment approval. Made-to-order items are ready to ship in 6-8 weeks. Please note that shipments cannot be tracked once they leave the USA. There are sometimes additional charges, taxes and fees to receive your package in your country, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Sometimes insurance is not available, depending on where an item is being shipped, please review your local importing regulations, fees and taxes to avoid any surprises. You may also contact me with any specific questions.
Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. Bebe Federmann Designs is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses.
Returns & Exchanges:
Items may be returned for exchange or refund within **7 days** of receipt of order. Full refunds less shipping costs will be given upon receipt of a returned item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, packaging and insurance. Items must be received back in their original condition. If an item is not received back in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Pieces damaged during shipping will be replaced as soon as possible. Please contact me within **3 days** of receipt, if anything is damaged. If your order arrives in broken pieces, don't worry, we can find a solution! If this happens to you, here's what you do:
1. Immediately photograph the package and the broken piece(s).
2. Contact me ASAP.
3. A replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Custom and personalized orders may not be returned for refunds or exchanges.
Use and Care of Handcrafted Pottery:
Due to the delicate nature of handmade ceramics, pieces may break even with normal use. Bebe Federmann Designs ceramics are made to be durable, but please use care. Pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, however, avoiding dishwashing and extended time in the microwave will extend the longevity of your piece.
Pieces may break due to extreme temperature shock, so please do not take your piece from one temperature extreme to another (taking from the freezer or refrigerator and putting into a hot oven or microwave is strongly discouraged). Never put your pottery on a direct flame or stove.
Privacy Policy:
We care about data privacy and security. By using the Site or the Marketplace Offerings, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy posted on the Site, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use. Please be advised the Site and the Marketplace Offerings are hosted in the United States. If you access the Site or the Marketplace Offerings from the European Union, Asia, or any other region of the world with laws or other requirements governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from applicable laws in the United States, then through your continued use of the Site, you are transferring your data to the United States, and you expressly consent to have your data transferred to and processed in the United States. Further, we do not knowingly accept, request, or solicit information from children or knowingly market to children. Therefore, in accordance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, if we receive actual knowledge that anyone under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us without the requisite and verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from the Site as quickly as is reasonably practical.
